Market Associates, LLC was formed in 1988. The focus of the business has been the sales and leasing of close in Seattle commercial properties concentrating in Wallingford, SLU and Pioneer Square, the 'barbell areas' of Seattle. We are currently located in Pioneer Square.
Member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).
In respect to recent Seattle events we want to emphasize we are pro small business, pro community and will continue to financially support like minded non profit organizations.
